In accordance with the terms of the Contract, for a specified fee (insurance premium), you can insure your financial (business) risk and, upon the occurrence of an insured event specified in the Contract, receive insurance compensation from the Insurer within the limits of the insured amount specified in the Contract.

An insured event is an accomplished event that caused losses to the Beneficiary as a result of the Borrower's bankruptcy in the manner prescribed by law, after taking all
measures to collect debt from the Borrower in accordance with the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 45 dated November 29, 2017.
