WHAT DOES THE POLICY PROTECT FROM?

Insurance protection is provided to legal entities whose property interests are related to their obligation, in the manner prescribed by civil law, to compensate for damage caused to the life, health and (or) property of third parties or the environment as a result of an accident that occurred at a hazardous production facility operated by the Insured in accordance with with the Regulation “On the procedure for compulsory insurance of civil liability for causing harm, life, health and (or) property of other persons and the environment in the event of an accident at a hazardous production facility” approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 10, 2008 No. 271.
