The object of insurance is the property interests of the Insured associated with the emergence of his liability to compensate for harm caused to the life and health of the Patient as a result of clinical trials of a pharmacological or medicinal product on the Patient during the validity period of the Insurance Contract.
INSURANCE CASE
The occurrence of the Insured's liability for compensation for harm caused to the life and health of the Patient as a result of clinical trials of a pharmacological or medicinal product on the Patient during the validity period of this Agreement. Also, insurance coverage applies to cases of harm to the life and health of the Patient that occurred within one year after the end of the clinical trials conducted during the validity period of this Agreement, provided that there is evidence of a causal relationship between the clinical trials and the fact of harm to the Patient.
